I am a first home buyer looking to purchase a house in sydney south west. Oran park, cobbity, leppington areas. Our budget for the total costs is $700, 4 bedroom house.
Is land and home packages the way to go or do we purchase both seperately?
How do we tell if the packages excludes some building costs even when advertised as fixed costs?
Who can we trust as a reputable builder at a reasonable cost?
Any advise will be appreciated.
