Forum Building A New House 1 Jan 14, 2018 10:46 pm I'm looking to build in Jordan Springs East but concerned about the close proximity to the high voltage power lines running right through! (Effects of health mainly as we have small children) Does anyone have any insight on this? Re: Jordan Springs East 2Feb 05, 2018 2:10 pm Have you had a look at the area ?if not, I’d suggest a drive up there is necessary. We went down there last week. The land where we are looking to buy is blocked due to site preparation but could get as close as a few hundred meters. The powerlines seemed pretty far off. I’d assume the high risk areas will be cornered off. Best to check with lendlease or the builder for details. Good luck.
