Re: Building a modified Grange 25 - Coral Homes - Brisbane 103Jul 08, 2018 8:14 pm Hi everyone, sorry been so bogged down with work and getting the kids settled into new schools. Been meaning to come on here and share pics of our driveway and alfresco slab. Will try to do that this week. We are hoping to get our land levelled and turfed this week. Still deciding between couch or empire zoysia (double the price of couch), leaning more towards zoysia coz of low maintence and colour. Anyone have any recommendations for turf? Re: Building a modified Grange 25 - Coral Homes - Brisbane 104Jul 12, 2018 11:48 am Here are the pics of our driveway (excuse the wet tyre marks) and alfresco slab. Turf laying booked in for next week. We decided to go with couch turf after seeing it at a neighbours house and how well it grows. Once outside is complete will focus more on the inside and look at swapping out our old furniture Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Building a modified Grange 25 - Coral Homes - Brisbane 105Jul 12, 2018 12:42 pm Very nice. Re: Building a modified Grange 25 - Coral Homes - Brisbane 110Jul 24, 2018 12:57 am You could fit a house on that . I love the idea of small basin in WC. I see you said that you had to make it bigger to fit the basin, just wondering where you took the space from as we might ask builder to do similar. The WC was increased in length by reducing bedroom 2 by 180mm to accommodate the wall hand basin. In terms of tips my biggest one would be to ensure your not making any changes after the contract is signed as the admin process can be very slow without changes and even more slow with changes. Apart from that we had a great time building with coral and canโt fault the build. Good luck with your build ๐ Re: Building a modified Grange 25 - Coral Homes - Brisbane 113Nov 22, 2018 8:55 am cigr building bug Hi, just found your thread and looking at building the grange 25.
