Please share your electrical plan or suggestions regarding power plugs locations and number of downlights in each room etc And in bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 (sizes 3.6*4.3m, 3.5*3.6m & 3.7*4.4m) how many downlights (13W) would be enough 2 or 4? We are building the Glendale 42. We have the following number of downlights in each room: front sitting room - 4 main living area - 6 rumpus room - 6 kitchen - 3 behind island, 3 over island, 1 in butlers pantry, plus under cabinet lighting over benches retreat upstairs - 4 master bed - 4 kids bedrooms - 2 Put in lots of powerpoints - and ensure some are in the open so you have access to plug in things like a vacuum, pedestal fan, christmas tree, mobile phone etc. Think about where you want wall mounted tvs, and at what height.
