Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jan 01, 2018 5:29 pm Our builder has left a large tall pile of dirt mounted up in our backyard. We took out landscaping to do the gardens ourself and our site manager has told us we will have to tend to the pile of excavated dirt from our site cut ourselves. Upon checking our contract Ive read it says general site levelling is included in our build. We are close to handover so would like to find out if this is something we should be making them do or not? It was flat there until their excavator cut out the site, now we are left with a large pile of dirt that we are being told by ss that we need to level out ourselves. I'm doubting this is the case as surely that would be general levelling. ?? Hi guys, I want to do some floor levelling before laying the planks and am considering doing it with self-levelling or yellow tongue PB board. I am wondering which one… 0 6538 You should check your detail drawings, it may show downpipe within brick pier. 14 14105 I am not sure whether Perth has its own way of doing things in regards to this. Most of Perth has class A (sandy soil), except for some areas near rivers or hills. 2 13098 |
