Suffice to say we have been hit with a bill for delay in commencement of construction and this has been tacked on to our bill and will be settled at the end of the build. Hope this helps. I guess the only good thing is we don't have to pay it for months, gives me more time to save my Monopoly money. because its not being managed properly.
