Hope everyone is having a great Xmas / Newyear celebration.
I need a small help. I am expecting that my new home at Cherrybrook, NSW will be handed over by end of Jan.
I need to get the following done
1) Vehicular Crossover
2) retaining Walls
3) Fencing
4) Landscaping
5) Driveway
Is there anyone who could do all of this for me ? I know that to do vehicular crossover , they need to be a Hornsby Council approved contractor.
I met a couple of them and the quote they had given me was way above my budget ( Around 70K)
Any help / recommendations would be highly appreciated.

Even if it's not being sub-divided and you want to keep it as Torrens title, you will still need to talk to a town planner or Council themselves, to see if they will allow…
