We have a waiver that a client can sign if they are adamant that they don't want to do it, however it's really in your best interest to do it. I'm not sure if your builder does the same thing though? Thanks, I definitely want to do it if it hasnt been done. Wish it was clear that it was the developers responsibility then i would follow up with them.
