Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Dec 12, 2017 1:31 pm Hi All I need your suggestion here. I have sent letters to my 3 abutting neighbours regarding my fencing proposal with the quote. Out of 3 I have heard from only 1. It is going to be 1 months of letter sent date. What if I put the fence and they come back saying, I have not sent them any letters and refused to pay? I won’t have any proof that I have sent letter. Did anybody has faced such situation??? Should I sent another letter?? This time a registered mail?? I should have sent in registered mail in first place. Bugger, how stupid of me.
