Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Dec 06, 2017 12:32 pm Hi, I am a married person with 3 grown up children. I would like to take your opinion on blake crossing. As We are planning to make out first home there in 450 m block, I was bit confused about the area. I went there and liked the amenities but when we see its surrounding areas, They are totally regarded as worst. Which also impacts the price value of blake crossing. So Is it wise to spend +400000 in that area whose potential return is unsure? Or hard to find ppl on rent or to sale after some years? Or should I go for 300 land size in any other closer to city area? I am very confuse...plz give your opinions?
