We have now finished all our appointments and got variations from each of them. Still not clear on a few things as some thinga are in The PC and in the variations but our Csc said it will be fixed at contract.
When we signed our plans when we paid our 2nd deposit after our apmts we noticed they did not put flush tiled showers on some bathrooms and have not provided intwrior plans when do we normally get interior plans. Also do we need to send a copy of our signed plans to them with these flushed tiled showers drawn in? We r concerned as we r away on annnual leave from for 4 weeks and contracts will be mid Jan.

Ensure that everything is drawn in correctly, as well as all your colours / finishes mention the correct tiles etc, as this is what the builder will refer to if something is not done correctly and if you've signed off on something that doesn't show what you're expecting, there won't be any stance for you to pursue.
