Good point Re: First Build with Summit Perth WA 244Apr 19, 2018 12:02 pm Looking like some great progress! What happened about the missing switch? Re: First Build with Summit Perth WA 245Apr 19, 2018 1:29 pm nicolac34 Looking like some great progress! What happened about the missing switch? I ran through the electrical plan with the SS. I thought I’d asked for the switch to be moved into the hallway from the kitchen but whether or not I didn’t or the CL didn’t move it on the plan I don’t know. So the switch will stay in the kitchen instead of the hallway. The electrician has said the garage switch is a 2 way so I guess I’ll have to wait to see if it is or not. Painting prep and sealing is occurring today as is my tile meeting. Can’t wait to get in and see the cabinets Re: First Build with Summit Perth WA 246Apr 19, 2018 10:38 pm Pleasantly surprised today...actually i was blown away at how much they had done since my last visit on Tuesday. From what i can see: * Cupboards done * Benchtops installed * Sinks/Basins/Bath installed * Plumbing done not sure the extent of this though * Gas meter installed * Bricks Cleaned * Walls prepped & sealed Minor hiccup that unfortunately my tile variation from a month ago hadn't yet reached the tiler so i think more tiles will need to be ordered for the kitchen and new plans to the tiler. We worked through it though! I'm also so happy that i chose to get rid of the dead space in the kitchen and extend the back bench and add a shelf for nespresso/toaster etc Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Bricks Cleaned Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Laundry Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Kitchen Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Ensuite Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Main Bath Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Walk in Pantry Re: First Build with Summit Perth WA 247Apr 20, 2018 1:44 am Nice that they got lots done in time for your tile meeting. Re: First Build with Summit Perth WA 252Apr 25, 2018 12:43 am Looking very nice. Carrara tiles appear to be timeless, I used them twice in the past 15 yrs. The floor tiles look familiar are they industrial matt iron & steel ? Re: First Build with Summit Perth WA 253Apr 25, 2018 11:29 am Choosy Looking very nice. Carrara tiles appear to be timeless, I used them twice in the past 15 yrs. The floor tiles look familiar are they industrial matt iron & steel ? I loved the Carrara as it went well with the different grey floor tiles and it kept the bathrooms quite clean/modern. It should make my ensuite shower seem much lighter and bigger as well. Unfortunately, I don’t have my tile sheet with me but I know the darker tile had charcoal in the colour description. When I’m back in Perth I’ll look it up and let you know 😊 Re: First Build with Summit Perth WA 254Apr 25, 2018 11:33 pm Summitlovin Choosy Looking very nice. We ended up going withTiles Expo so our charcoal tile isTerrain Nero.
