I decided to upgrade the controller, as you’ve both said the ability to have more control of your system both from within and outside the home is a great benefit & great for the bottom line. I added an outlet to my ensuite and a zone to seperate beds 2 & 3. I slightly moved my master suite outlet however the rest looked okay to me. Looks like my return vent will be in my second hallway instead of main so I am super happy with that. I decided against upgrading the ducting as nobody could really confirm that it was worth it. The anticon brings me to another query, is there any insulation installed in the roof cavity with colourbond being the roof material? That was not something I can recall being offered at pre-start (wall? Insulation was) so I assumed there would be something of the sort being supplied for the roof? This is extra that you have to request we also only found out quite late about this. From memory, it was about 5K extra on the whole roof.
