Just wondering if anyone has any idea of basic costings for the following we have prestart on Monday so feeling excited to have it sorted and I don’t have to think about any more changes 😱 I feel like I keep wanting to make changes.

Upgrade of carpet to number 2
Adding the double shower head as in main shower head and an extendable.
The front door handle to a pull door
Filing to ceiling in bathrooms and toilets
Light switch and plug plate upgrades
Garage door colour to cedar
And upgrading the stone bench top in the laundry.

my dual shower head was a $528 upgrade. Can’t help you with any of the others. Good luck though, it is lots of fun!

We upgraded a few of those so I’ll list the prices below:

Carpet underlay to luxury plus (if that’s what you meant) $118
Shower head combo $540
Front entry Omni pull handle $336
Garage door to woodlook $550

Our full height tiling was included in the contract price so can’t quote on how much we paid.

Thank you Madora Dreamer, I just want to go in with a rough estimate so I know what to cull if I need to so thanks for that

I’ve heard it’s fun can’t wait, I think the rest of the weeks going to drag 😂

Thank you!! Appreciate that, I’ll keep it it mind for the underlay upgrade, I want to upgrade from the standard carpet, we have a little boy and he’s into everything and seems to spill everything 😭 so want to upgrade the carpet itself so I don’t rip my hair out trying to cleaning it,
and thank you for the other upgrade prices, I’ve been following your build also your house design and selections look amazing
