Where did you get the chance to go through one? Re: Dennis Family Homes - Devonport 363. We are going to build the Kimberley 300 with a few modifications. We will probably be a BAL29 with an H type slab - yes I know $$$$$$$. Anyway, that's life. I will ask our rep if we can get a look at the Ballarat Kimberley so get an idea of the floor plan in reality. Re: Dennis Family Homes - Devonport 363. House looks terrific. I assume you are now in, how did the build go and how long did it take? Re: Dennis Family Homes - Devonport 363. I'm not the original poster but I had no gas supply in my first house which was also regional. We ran the cooktop on it. Everything else was electric boosted. It does get expensive running heating off gas bottles and always think what if you run out! But it's a personal preference I guess. We had a woodfire hearing it done the trick 😊 Goodluck with your build! Re: Dennis Family Homes - Devonport 363. Now looking at the Devonport but having difficulty viewing and walk through as there are none available at display centres. Re: Dennis Family Homes - Devonport 363. Now looking at the Devonport but having difficulty viewing and walk through as there are none available at display centres. No worries 😊 That's disappointing but the Devonport is a great plan. Were building the Kimberly 30 and made changes so now it looks similar to the devenport! Unforunately the homesteads aren't on display. Best to ask your SC if they have one almost complete.
