Hi guys. We've bought land in the north and are building a PD Heywood28. Been reading this forum since we made a decision at the beginning of this year that we'd like to build and it has been great! Such a wealth of information has helped us along on our journey so far. This is my first post so I'm a little nervous.
We've had some problems already with PD even before we signed the tender (they couldnt print out a copy of our variation for us on the day because their computer system was down, they sent our variation documents to the East office instead of the North office and we had to ring the initial sales person we spoke to in Pakenham to see WTH was going on.. grr.. ). It has not been good so far.
We have another problem which I hope someone can help us with. I dont know if it can be classed a major one, but I'm extremely annoyed all the same.
We met our CSC about two weeks ago and signed the tender with PD. We have our contract meeting in 3 days. Between signing the tender and our impending contract appointment, my partner and I have been trying to contact our CSC for the last week and a half via emails and phone calls coz there are several questions we have raised between ourselves which we'd like answered before contract, and have had no response from CSC. I'm getting very, very PO'd!! I actually rang 4 times in one day and they were "at lunch" or "not picking up their phone"...
Is there any way that we can request a change of who our CSC is? Can we request a change of CSC due to incompetence or ignorance? I know we're not the only clients they're taking care of, but this is getting ridiculous!
