In Avondale Heights, Vic, 3034 to subdivide you need 250m unless its under the flight path then you need 300m. If you look at this property, https://www.realestate.com.au/sold/prop ... -125751682 which is approx 845m, if you check here http://services.land.vic.gov.au/maps/pmo.jsp you can see the number of around 850m is right.
