Yesterday the front and back got leveled nicely for turf. The down sideis there is a 5cm layer of red dirt through the entire house.. goodluck to the cleaners next week!! We have our PCI today at 3pm abit nervous as i know there is alot of outstanding paint issues that will arrise that they wont be able to fix up before handover as the painters are away. We either take keys on friday and move in or not take keys and wait until its fixed up. Re: GJ Gardner - Week 16 - Final Fitout cont 114Mar 12, 2018 12:17 pm Skcel Yeah they came up really well! Spent an hour or so going through the house. Yellow dotted all the paint issues and was told they would be fixed up on Monday next week when the painters return. We were satisfied with that mainly because my partner is extremely keen to move in Haha. Also allows us to sneak more dots on anything I missed when we move in before Monday and if we tap any walls with furniture Noticed that they forgot to install a Powerpoint for our washing machine... yay! Have been told they will sort that out as well as our horrible external flood lights which should be 2 way splits instead of these ugly black 1 ways that look like something you put on the front of your car lol. Cleaners arrive tomorrow and will spend a day or 2 cleaning the house. Plumbers have to return to install our free standing bath tub and water tank / pump which is getting done tomorrow. Occupation certificate inspection is Wednesday so everything needs to be completed for that. Turf goes down tomorrow and our rear and front fencing will happen sometime this week as well. Have added some photos didn't get many today but will have more when we move in which is suppose to be Friday afternoon yay!
