All of the standard layouts that I have found among the major builders allow for narrow frontage but the block needs to be deep - so the aspect ratio is all wrong for me. Does anyone know of a volume builder with a double storey layout that suits a wide frontage but shallow block? No particularly good reason, only that it seemed to be a better use of limited block size. But if a single storey achieves the floor space I'm looking for, then that would be perfectly fine.
