I bought a home & land package at Willowdale with Rawson, the lot size is 260sqm, building size about 220sqm (two storey), for the price close to 700k. I hardly found similar deal for similar size of lot and building, so I initially I thought this must be a good deal.
I've been dealing with Rawson during pre-sales process, but I just learnt that they likely pass on the build to Thrive Homes. I know that Thrive is a part of Rawson group but not sure the quality of the build.
Is this normally happen with Rawson? Has anyone experience building with Thrive before? It would be delightful to share your experience in here.

Thrive is a pretty new company / subset of Rawson. To my knowledge they have only actually completed and handed over 2 houses - I follow their facebook page.
My husband and I are also building with Thrive just across the road from Willowdale in the Lucere estate - by the look of the display home that we saw I don't think quality of the build will be an issue. I would also think that Rawson wouldn't want to risk their reputation by being associated with sub-par builders.
Where are you up to in the process? We are currently awaiting our DA approval.

We built with Thrive homes
Build quality is not bad. The sales guys promised a few things and which were not passed on to building team and pre-construction managers..and no one in the company ready to take a responsibility. on a customer service & interaction with pre-construction managers I am quite unhappy. They do not know how to think in a customers perspective. At the same time, construction managers were really good.
