Your house looks almost finished.

Have they given you a finish date?

I have noticed in your pictures that the flooring is not done in living and kitchen are you doing them after handover? What type of floor tiles are going for? I am not sure to choose between porcelain or ceramic.

No still waiting on completion date. Almost done but supervisor won’t commit to a date until shower screens are in and Stegbar keep delaying

We are putting vinyl plank flooring in after handover

Handover went smoothly, no major issues. Getting pendant lights, Blinds, A/C fit-off and flooring done this week

How did you go with your Final Inspection? anything major picked up? Did you higher 3rd party Building inspector ?

Mine is on tomo afternoon - I think Dan is coming down stright from your site.
