Eden Brae Homes don’t offer a preliminary contract they offer a HIA building contract which clearly stipulates the terms and conditions of the building process as well as the payments in stages. The builder has already issued us with the HBCF Certificate as part of the building contract for the amount for the work to be undertaken. Any internal or external colours are done at colour appointments. Any upgrades to the home like electrical plans or the kitchen means that there will be post contract variations.
