One of the additions i left off the contract was the NBN package which was quoted to us at $1600!! I have since been on the phone to Telstra and they informed me that they organise fibre to the premise for a fee of $299 which is installed through the NBN Co, from there you basically have to organise a NBN package from which they will send out a box and you install it yourself. Has anyone else gone down this path with their new build and run into any problems along the way?
