Finally some good news today. Hopefully no more delays.

As per Nick, the plan will be released from Council tomorrow and hopefully lodged at the LTO tomorrow.

We talked to Nick in the morning but he said that he dnt have any update yet but he said he will be meeting the developer today

I got an update today evening @ 8 pm by email.

Finally got the update that the plan of sub divison has been lodged at LPI office for registration.

Finally got update that the lot is registered and to prepare for settlement.

Just now. My Solicitor emailed me.
