We're currently building and need to obtain our Plumbing and Drainage certificate so we can get our sewer/recycled water system connected. Builder tells me I need to get it from council after handover, water/sewer people says the builder needs to give it to me. Does anyone recall where they got theirs?

I had to apply to council and that was before our build started. We had another company install the sewage system and the builder connected it to the house.
