Hi guys just wondering form everyone's experience,we are about 9 1/2 weeks away form contract date and we are still not at lock up. Gyprock has been completed but no external doors on porch, balcony and out door living spaces not completed. can this be completed in time? We have had so many issues from the get go the biggest is that technically house didn't fit on the block without further engineering of the slab required which they tried to blame us for. Been a pretty emotional 12 months dealing with them biggest regret of my life. we are renting and lease ends in December we are just so worried that we won't have anywhere to live.

Yes, most certainly it "can" be but whether it will be is a question that no one can answer although Deep Thought says 42. Maybe that is 42 working days.
Have you asked your builder?
