Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Building with Hall & Hart Homes 1013May 18, 2020 7:15 am I understand what you’re suggesting but doing it that way I have to either commit to massive upgrade now or just give up on my preferred bench now and pick the plain white one. I just wish they could tell us prices now so I could decide and move on. Re: Building with Hall & Hart Homes 1014May 18, 2020 7:16 am 2hr kitchen laundry bathroom wirs joinery sounds insane. Just wondering re floor tile size? Beaumonts tell me floor drain is relevant to that. Cheers Re: Building with Hall & Hart Homes 1016May 18, 2020 9:09 pm msresearcher Hi again. Cheers You can do the smart tile waste upgrade through Beaumont so they can handle it through your selections. You can also do it through Hall and Hart if you Want to and they will refer your selections and estimate the cost. We chose Stegbar in the end for drawer/shelf combo in both kids rooms as well as our WIR. With regards to kitchen, we have done 40mm Caesarstone benchtop & waterfalls in upgraded Raw Concrete & Snow (outside range) on Cook Run. It was less than $1k. We went to Beaumont Tiles a few times before we had our appointment to get ideas of tile colours/layouts we liked. Elba started installing our kitchen today so cant wait to see it all come together. Re: Building with Hall & Hart Homes 1018May 18, 2020 10:11 pm Thanks Elysebuild, very helpful. I got the Stegbar brochure and assumed that was still Via Elba. Interesting to know that’s via studio you. I think my Concern with bench top is we are building the soho with Servery and butlers. So any upgraded stone will be island, Back kitchen bench, butlers bench, laundry, servery and outdoor kitchen. It’s all so close together I want it all the same. Plus we possibly wanted to upgrade the 3 bathroom benches. Re: Building with Hall & Hart Homes 1019May 18, 2020 10:13 pm [quote="SDS1":37zas1rr][quote="msresearcher":37zas1rr]Hi again. If you don’t have smart tile waste, what is supplied? I was thinking like a linear waste or something would be the upgrade.
