To give you some reference, we did the downstairs of the sienna 42 (except for downstairs rumpus and guest) and also added timber to the area under the stairs (which is not included as standard). I was quoted $7580 for the ground floor of an Eylse 38 which did not included the entrance way, dining, kitchen, butlers pantry and lounge. Not included are the two front rooms and the theatre. I choose engineered floors made from Hickory.
