We did the same with rectified porcelain and didn’t know about the extra expense of laying but having had timber before we were determined to have tiles, especially with dogs in the house. It has been so easy to clean up after them -not so good with breakages when I drop things!!! Re: Bray Park (G.J Gardner) - Week 12 - Tiling 267Sep 26, 2018 10:14 am BrentandAllison Mr. Sausage Crikey Brent. The more photos you post the more obvious the expansiveness and spaciousness of this miniature palace becomes Is the council granting you your own postcode?! No - unfortunately the house spans 2 post codes - so 2 lots of rates.... hahahaha Re: Bray Park (G.J Gardner) - Week 12 - Tiling 268Sep 27, 2018 8:10 pm We got caught with the rectified too when we picked our tiles she said they were rectified we were like yep ok, wasn't until we got our colours upgrade prices that we found out how much extra they were to lay. But hey we picked them cause we liked them so weren't going to try and find an alternative. I started in my new role today at work - geeeeezzzuz! With great power come great responsibility! My brain is at maximum - and I’m pretty sure I’ve pushed parts of my childhood memories out to make room for government jargon! It’s a massive job so I guess that takes time. I managed to get a few pics though. Render still needs to be painted, so this is not the colour of the finished render. Still happy with the progress, I guess not too much can happen inside while the floors are being done.
