Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Oct 16, 2017 9:36 am Hi all, I just visited my build site over the weekend and noticed that water was pooling towards the rear of the garage, indicating that it is sloped towards the back. I would have thought that it should slope to the front to allow for drainage, but clearly its not right now. I brought this up with my SS and he said that it was due to the downpipes not being installed yet? This would explain how the water got in but does not explain the slope. Does anyone know if there is anything in BCA or NSW regulations that mentions about a slope for the garage floor?
