Ordinarily, the builder is not allowed to make changes for the convenience (or cost-saving) without your consent. You're then in a situation where you make all Of your colour decisions to tie in, then find out during construction you need to change your cabinet colour and the builder makes you pay the cabinet maker directly an additional $3k....?
