My name is Sam, my partner and I brought our first land lot together back in May 2017. We then started the tender process with Coral homes in June/July 2017 and have recently had our build approved by the Certifier and Council. This is our first time going through the entire construction process as previously we brought a house and land package.
We have already completed a few steps in the process so will provide updates, however, we still have a long journey ahead of us and look forward to all the exciting ( and not so exciting) aspects of it all! 😁

Awesome! I love the daydreams and how big they are!
What area are you building in?
Yes! And they are defiantly the best house design for the price we found in our search. We are building in the Hunter Valley, a new (ish) estate near Kurri Kurri.

Absolutely love the daydream design.
We are only building a 30, we got talked out of the 32 by my parents. I still wish we went with the 32.
Cant wait to see your build come together.

Had some good progress since I last posted. We have also had a few disappointing issues, such as our kitchen being installed with the wrong colours which we have now compromised! Hopefully things with flow better from now onwards!!
First up kitchen, originally meant to be dark over head cupboards and inside of island, however as you can see it is completely different, but will be keeping it as is!

Hi Brayton, Is there anything else you can cut out? Downgrade appliances? Maybe delete the rendering off the facade. Not having the stone in the wet areas isn't the end…
