What's your experience been with them? 3 months into moving into our new home we've raised a few issues with Henley's maintenance department. The supervisor came out and had a look, organized tradies to come out a fix a few things but there are few things were they keeping telling us that there's not much that can be done and we've got to live with it. Even for the items they've fixed its mostly band-aid like solutions not really fixing the problem. For most of the items raised they keep quoting that its within building tolerance. For example we paid extra for square set ceiling and at inspection we raised concerns that it was not really straight. We got told that its within building tolerance. We raised another issue with the garage door not closing down completely due to gaps at either end and after coming out to take a look they told us that theres not much that can be done about it as the concreate is not perfectly straight when they were the ones that laid the concreate. Has anyone else had similar experience? Thanks, Donovan Hi, If you give a set of criteria as to what means 'good' to you, it'll give others prompts to respond.
