Each revision result in cost increase or in response to my questions or they made mistake and overlook something. I think they just try to stop the unnecessary amendments such as changing door style once it was chosen etc.. Whenever I spot something which is reasonable they will change in without charges. Down the track they will need you to sign the colour (external, internal, carpet, brick colour) if later change required they will charge admin fee.
