I forget, do you have a mud room?? Thanks Rural, nope no mud room, after seeing the amazing mud room hallway pic Sparrownest posted it makes me wish I did. I just physically didn’t have the extra 600mm Re: Scenic Rim QLD Acreage Build With Bold Living. 288Mar 03, 2018 8:10 am allblaqk Awww Ellie is adorable king charles cavalier? Yay for your tap Ellie is a super cute fluff munchkin, the poodles love her. Yeap she is a cavalier. Mr T went and mowed the block yesterday afternoon and the grass was taller than him on the mower . Luckily our nice neighbours mowed around the water meters earlier in the week or I doubt the installer would of found the water housing box to put the meter in Re: Scenic Rim QLD Acreage Build With Bold Living. 289Mar 03, 2018 8:30 am Tribe7 allblaqk Awww Ellie is adorable king charles cavalier? I do love the cavaliers they are fantastic with kids. I had to decide what I really needed. A mud room along the one side or a big study nook, study nook won out as the kids will use it heaps, myself included. Hahahhaha agree can’t have everything as there would be nothing to look forward too. Scenic Rim QLD Acreage Build With Bold Living. 297Mar 04, 2018 1:30 pm Yesterday morning we took the whole tribe to the shed company to sign our contract (poor people looked like stunned chickens when 5 kids invaded there offices) we went through the whole process and signed on the dotted line . I did learn that if you want to install motors to your shed roller doors you need to tell them at the start as the actual roller door is a slightly smaller door to accommodate the motor, had we not gone over this and ordered the standard door we would not be able to motorized it, I would of be one grumpy muppet had I not known. We are really happy with Kam Constructions for our shed, best price by a solid $4k too. We also signed our Barrier Reef Pool contract, Alice from there Beaudesert office is a hidden treasure. I’m actually getting a little excited about the build again now. I have days where I’m so over it I don’t even want to think about it but it will be worth it (not living up each other butts will be a blessing) Re: Scenic Rim QLD Acreage Build With Bold Living. 298Mar 04, 2018 1:37 pm Tribe, I have just come across your thread and your floor plan is amazing 😍. Your place is HUGE!! Although with 5 kids it seems you’ll need it 😬 . I remember following your last build thread so I’m sure this house will be just as amazing! We’re in the throws of trying to get quotes done for our pool on the new build but can’t decide on whether to go concrete or fibreglass 🤔 We went to Cozy pools in Oxenford today as well Leisure pools in Yatala but still confused 😐 :-D Modified Miami 31- Brighton Homes https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?t=91265&f=31&p=1789112#p1789112 Re: Scenic Rim QLD Acreage Build With Bold Living. 299Mar 04, 2018 2:40 pm Yes!! haha So glad to see some positive movement! Oh wow you followed my first build that’s very cool. Have you got a thread I can follow along with? Mmm pools are tough, we have a crappy soil classification so after some research decided the fibreglass is a better fit for us as it is can take some movement. If your after a concrete pool Coomera Pools are very good, the guys name is Paul. L&V Pools are also excellent, Tom is seriously helpful and not full of crap. I tried to get a quote from Cozy Pools and they never got back to me 🤨. Do you remember first time builder? She has just had a pool installed in her second build and it’s a fantastic pool and I’m pretty sure she is really happy with Aquatime Pools Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ . 1 4521 Hi all.
