Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Sep 16, 2017 10:32 am Hi all, I live in the area where there are lots of gum leaves and gum nuts from the surrounding neighbourhoods; this has caused my grey water to be yellow-ish. After talking to a couple of people, they have suggested me to install gutter guards. I then received 2 quotes from the gutter guard installers, one offers 15 years warranty, while the others 20 years. Both prices are comparable and both claimed that I don't need to do any maintenance once installed (apart from once-a-year hose the gutter). The question I have is: 1) Is that true that once I installed gutter guard, I don't have to do any maintenance? 2) What do you think of having gutter guard to 'clear' the grey water from gum leaves? Thanks Re: Yellow-ish grey water and no-maintenance gutter guard 2Oct 29, 2017 5:33 pm Thanks for your reply!
