Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Aug 26, 2008 3:12 pm Hi,
There is an issue in my roof. The roof tiles have different colour, see the picture and may be more at the back. It seems they are different batch. I don't know how they going to fix now. But is it acceptable to re-spay the whole roof and how long can the re-spay last? The roof tile is concrete tile. Did anyone come across the same problem before? There is no way that is acceptable. Yeah you can respray but I wouldn't want to respray my new roof. They can fix it by removing all of these roof tiles and replacing them with ones from the same batch. You know what, even the same colour might be handy as well! That is, remove them and then put them back in a random fashion. It looks like I am not alone. The SS had to call the Boral to inspect it. There is not any offer to fix yet. But re-spay may be the bottom line. lets see what is coming back.
