Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Aug 26, 2008 8:09 am We have tender coming up in a month but I am still looking about at other builders (as you do )
I would like to get my site and soil survey results as it would mean costings from other builders would be more accurate. Are you allowed to ask for it? Should I wait til tender and then ask for it or do they give you a copy? Re: How to get my hands on our site and soil survey 2Aug 26, 2008 8:12 am Since you've paid for the soil test with the $600 deposit (?) then I think you have every right to ask for a copy. Email/ring your CSC and ask for a copy to be sent out or emailed. When we moved from one builder to another, we had several soil tests (as builder's don't use soil tests from other builders) and was able to get a copy from all of them. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Built the Nevada 42 Next project - landscaping!
