Re: Coral Homes Noosa 20 Build 63Nov 01, 2017 9:35 pm Even more progress, electrical point getting cut out at the moment, fit out by carpenter to wardrobes and cupboards, with kitchen getting done tomorrow and Friday, bricks are almost complete and the locks are all on. Think they are trying to keep us out, skirting is also all done and tiles are due to be laid soon, fingers crossed we are in by Xmas at this rate 😊 Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Coral Homes Noosa 20 Build 64Nov 01, 2017 9:57 pm Hudson House Even more progress, electrical point getting cut out at the moment, fit out by carpenter to wardrobes and cupboards, with kitchen getting done tomorrow and Friday, bricks are almost complete and the locks are all on. Re: Coral Homes Noosa 20 Build 66Nov 02, 2017 1:30 pm Id be quite confident saying its because trades takes varying amount of time off over chrissy so its hard to give accurate timelines on any building stuff over that time . We got a similar response regard completion time! Re: Coral Homes Noosa 20 Build 68Nov 05, 2017 1:53 pm Some great progress. Bricks are complete. Tiling has begun and vanities are in. Still a long list of things to be corrected but hopefully we will sort all of it out at the site meeting tomorrow 🙂 Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Coral Homes Noosa 20 Build 69Nov 05, 2017 6:12 pm Tiles and kitchen look fantastic already! - B A vue of the pines on the Gold Coast forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=87210 Re: Coral Homes Noosa 20 Build 70Nov 05, 2017 6:57 pm It's looking great Hudson, whats going on this week? Love those tiles we have similar Hi H Family, We are still on tiling atm, painters due to do prep and paint next week and benchtops to go in. We are at lockout stage but I have another site meeting tomorrow so will take more pics. We are having an issue with our feature pebble strip. We originally were told to go for grey grout but our tiler suggests white grout as the pebble looks slightly lighter than we expected, something to decide on tonight. Any suggestions? Hey Hudson House Our tiler only started today and painter is due on Wednesday. Where is the pic of your pepple tile? All good I found it. So they are lighter then that I would go white. Is it just a stripe? Yes they are slightly more pale, and it's just a strip from the top to bottom of shower, thanks for the help Re: Coral Homes Noosa 20 Build 75Nov 15, 2017 11:37 am Got to meet the tiler onsite and see the work, looks great, currently we are in for painting, garage door and benchtops this week, will take some pics at the site meeting this Friday. Our feature tile is due to be completed after the painting too! Can I ask what colour your interior walls are? We have gone shale grey, but haven't seen anyone use it as an interior colour before. Follow my build: https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=87724 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 7222 Thank you so much everyone. This all makes a lot of sense. I guess when you talk to a builder who butters up everything to look very polished, you get to start believing… 8 2249 Yes, i hace signed build contract and currently awaiting colour selection appointment. 2 29649 |
