Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Aug 08, 2017 10:49 am Hello everyone, We are in the process of doing a KDRB in the inner northern suburbs of Adelaide. We had been given a form from our builder to provide to one of the neighbours that we intend to build on the boundary and will ideally need access to their property to complete work and also remove part of the fence. It is our garage that will be on the boundary. As the property is currently tennanted I asked the agent to pass on the form as well as intern plan and site plan. The owner has called my building company not very happy as he believes it will block light into his property. It is a single story house were building so i hadnt really considered blocking light. We already have council approval. Not starting on the right foot as i havent even met the neighbour! Anyone else had this happen and how did you resolve things?
