So far no luck. One neighbor has consented, the other side has asked for more info, which we sent. After a gentle reminder - we are still waiting on them 😩 Re: Coral Homes - Modified Grange 29 122Dec 07, 2017 7:47 am How is it going? Any further contact from the neighbour? We have a contract/ tender date of 11 January 2018, which we are happy to get but not happy that we have to wait until after Christmas. Hoping that we will be starting to build in March 2018. Hiya Sorry I've been MIA - am pregnant with my next child and have had the worst sickness! So have only popped on here for quick updates on everyones builds! We are obviously crazy - pregnant and building 🤦 We had contact from our neighbours - they've both given us permission so we're ready to go! We aren't sure what to do with our neighbour who we are building to boundary with - they've already erected a fence 🤤 so part of it is going to need to be removed 😧 We have a meeting with our SS onsite on the 16th (only a couple of days away!) And if all is well, we will have a site scrape on the same day How exciting for you guys!!! Today is your contract date! You will be catching up to our build. Hope you had an awesome Christmas! Time to get the show on the road for both of us! Re: Coral Homes - Modified Grange 29 124Jan 19, 2018 6:28 am Dylandbrooke bestspecials How is it going? Any further contact from the neighbour? Time to get the show on the road for both of us! So happy for you. I was pregnant when we built our last house. Great to see that everything is moving along for you now. Hope the meeting with your site supervisor went well. So, we have sold our house in Narangba and moved into a rental property at Narangba Heights. I had to make a couple of changes (wrong window sizes) on the tender, so new contract date is 27 January. Not far away. We went for a walk around the estate the other night and saw a Coral sign on one of the blocks. Maybe this is yours. Re: Coral Homes - Modified Grange 29 125Jan 19, 2018 7:13 am Have just read your whole thread Dylanandbrooke, seems like we all get hit with the Coral admin monster. Maybe its so we all feel like the build is going easily and quickly. The OH is totally over our build because of head office. Hopefully when everything gets started next week he will be more into it Re: Coral Homes - Modified Grange 29 126Jan 19, 2018 8:20 pm symone Have just read your whole thread Dylanandbrooke, seems like we all get hit with the Coral admin monster. We had our meeting with our SS, Justin, who seems great! Site scrape was done the same day, and yesterday I met back up with Justin to give him our owner supplied tapware and there were workers doing all the footings. bestspecials - that would definitely be our block you saw! I dont think there's another Coral build on our street yet! The 27th is just around the corner for you guys - and enjoy your stay ☺ symone if you can just make it through the admin stage, you'll be fine. It was absolutely the worst experience!!!! So relieved to be out of it finally. 😠 Re: Coral Homes - Modified Grange 29 129Jan 20, 2018 8:15 pm Oh yaay that’s great to hear! Justin sounds familiar on here & thinking for a good reason 🤞 Re: Coral Homes - Modified Grange 29 130Jan 20, 2018 8:18 pm It is a lovely area and it I'll be great to see your house go up. Re: Coral Homes - Modified Grange 29 138Jan 31, 2018 12:57 pm Congrats guys! The slab looks great! Hope your starting to feel better. I had HG with my 2 boys so I know how horrible it can be. Rest up and hopefully the build will take your mind of it a little! 💕 Re: Coral Homes - Modified Grange 29 139Feb 08, 2018 4:38 pm So, our frames are up and done! We went for a little drive by today, and the gutters and fascia were being put on.
We also had a mound of dirt at the rear of our property (from the site scrape) that we were told needed to be removed (by us) however, on our wee visit today we discovered SOMEONE STOLE IT!😚👍😂 We weren't keen on walking through as there were tradesmen onsite and we didnt want a growling, so we'll head on back on Saturday!
