When we raised it they immediately credited us $3100 . So, if we didn’t check it they’d have kept the money ... not having much luck with coral at the moment with our build either . That's silly - how'd they get that wrong and not build to boundry? You really have to be on the ball and check absolutely everything I've realised. That would peeve me right off if i paid 4.5k and didnt get what i asked for. I'd request the entire amount back!!!! wow! I just had a look at your photos of the bathroom 😟 i would not be happy with that at all 😠 Well they didn’t give a reason why it wasn’t done . They have an immediate partial refund but we are still almost 2k out of pocket . The reason they didn’t give a full refund was because they said they still spent for council approval and also made modifications to the eaves and also extra piering to the base ... which in the end we didn’t need because they didn’t actuallly build to boundary ... in light of all the new issues we have had I now feel like challenging the partial refund . We spent close to 2 years in a process with TA. It was horrible..... we got to tender, and the first cut was 50% over our budget which "they care such about meeting ".
