The SAPN charges are because SAPN operate on a User pays system for connection electricity has to be done by SAPN but i think gasfittings can be done by any licensed gasfitter/plumber - But dont quote me on this https://www.originenergy.com.au/content ... states.pdf Re: Statesman, Greenock MKII 113Sep 26, 2017 6:17 pm Insulation went in today and the plasterboard was delivered. They will be hanging it tomorow 😊 my husband spoke to the brickie and he said he should be done end of next week and the kitchen will be going in next week. Caught some little sh*t heads pulling the insulation out when we went for a look this arvo, so we told them they better not come back because there are cameras inside haha they looked so scared 😂 Re: Statesman, Greenock MKII 115Oct 05, 2017 6:08 pm Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Brick work is just about finished now, I think probably 1 or 2 more days work. Gyprock has all been hung, not flushed yet though, not sure what the hold up is there. Does anyone know when would be an appropriate time to ask for a finish date? I was thinking once it gets to lock up , then they should have a decent idea how much longer it will take. Thoughts? Re: Statesman, Greenock MKII 116Oct 05, 2017 6:37 pm Site supervisor should be able to say as they book trades inadvance. Think they should be able to give you a time frame But wow 9/08-5/10 about 2 months so far build time is i think from slab 14-18 weeks. Round another 2 months? End November?? Not sure 🤔 Re: Statesman, Greenock MKII 118Oct 05, 2017 7:13 pm Yes thats great before Christmas! If we work on 18 weeks from slab . So exciting for you! Not sure where our frame /bricks will be build and placed (we dont have a big lot / empty ones around us) this part of waiting fir slab to cure is a long wait lol. Maybe they will have bricks in front yard. And build frane/roif frame in the back while slab cures.... will be interesting to see! Cant wait to be finished with gyprock and bricks!
