I have recently moved into our newly build house, but I am having issues getting phone cable lead-in to take place at the property. I applied for internet connection, nodephone and a lead-in via an ISP. The ISP than puts in an order for Lead-In to Telstra ISGM(or Wholesale). Someone the ISP activated the ADSL and Nodephone without a lead-in in place. One week later, Telstra sends a sub contractor to do a preliminary checks on the property, and said all conduits are in place and ready for a lead in. But somehow Telstra told the contractor to stop the lead-in. I have been back and forth with Telstra many times about the lead-in order but they kept messing it up. Now after 3 weeks, they told me that I will be contacted by an NBN case manager. The last time I search for my property NBN status in Wantirna South, VIC..it was still under construction.
Can anyone share some light on this?
