Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jul 25, 2017 7:29 pm Hi, I needed some advice. Our builder has just sent in for council approval 2weeks ago and is requesting a letter from the bank -authority of commencement letter. However, our bank is not willing to proceed with our formal loan unless we get a final contract showing the total cost of purchase of the house. When I asked the builder they said will give us DA after council approval. Is The DA a formal document showing total cost? I have sent in the tender and PCV to the bank as well. Any advice? Hi there, long-time lurker but first time posting. I've bought a house 2 and a bit years ago and last year we had some major water damage on a converted pergola area… 0 7897 Yes, unless you are in a low intensity rainfall area or the area is protected from rain. Do you have access to NCC Part 2 or can you download it? I can email you a copy… 10 12376 Thankyou so much 😀 I've decided on White on white for doors and trims, White on white 50% on ceiling and Mt buller for walls. Fingers crossed it will look OK 😀 2 7136 |
