Had any issues with anything? Re: Valeco Homes 122Sep 15, 2017 7:18 pm We went full custom, so not based on anything specific of Valeco's we found parts we liked from a range of builders houses and mushed them into this! And I can not express how amazing our SS has been, he gives us multiple updates a week, and happy to meet us onsite anything we have asked. The construction stage has been sooo much better than the admin stage was, so it's been very stress free! Re: Valeco Homes 123Sep 15, 2017 7:32 pm I really hope some more people get to construction soon so I can stalk their progress as it turns from dirt into house! Avoca 26 and the Burbank Wiltshire were our favourite displays but weren't quite right for us so we could tweak it this way Valeco Homes 126Sep 15, 2017 7:47 pm Did anyone else change their mind in their 48 hour cooling off period, we emailed our changes before the time was up, but Candice hasn't gotten back to us, and now the times up.. will we have any trouble?

But Coral were it if our price range, and it was only a 3 bedroom house. Cant decide if I want to stick to standard basin or not will depend on the amount of bricks you have to render - anywhere from 6-10k i would say. (edit) in saying that, we will most likely render later on... i dont mind the look of brick anyway.. and the basin is totally a personal choice. I would go with the style/look that would suit your home more Re: Valeco Homes 139Sep 21, 2017 3:43 pm _sallz Anyone know the cost to render a 2 storey house. Just give them the info about what you want and they can give you info on the cost. Re: Valeco Homes 140Sep 21, 2017 3:48 pm bananarama _sallz Anyone know the cost to render a 2 storey house.
