Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Sep 18, 2018 10:27 am Hi All
I need as much help as possible to where I need to go with this. Our house was due for PCI walk through on Thursday 13/9/2018 unfortunately this was cancelled last minute (20mins) due to our house being flooded out. Both toilets (a part has either been incorrectly installed or a faulty part) have had so much pressure build up and it has gone through out the whole house. At the moment no one is taking responsibility for this and head office from our builder is saying there is nothing they can do other then compensate $50.00 per day whilst fixing the problems. I have been told if I would like more compensation I would need to fight it would be with the plumber or plumbing company.
