Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jul 11, 2017 8:16 pm Hello I am looking at building with Mirvac Foxdale 240 at Gledswood hill? On there price list it says $286,153 for Caxton façade. What I wanted to know? I know this is not the true cost? however do people have a idea how much will the total cost of the build will become? and what are the possible extras Mirvac will ask to pay later on? Lastly how is the quality compare to other builders like Clarendon homes or Eden brae? Thank you very much, oh this is our first build? feel total lost and so stressful. Re: Mirvac? any body building with mirvac at Gledswood Hills 3Jul 18, 2017 3:21 pm and answer to your questions isn't really straight forward as it really depends on many factors. As a general rule of thumb site cost can go 40K and upwards. So it will depend on your lot location, size, any slopes, design of your house, etc. And after site cost everything mainly depends on what you want. what i can see in my two weeks experience that more variation and inclusion you want more expensive it gets. So its hard question to answer. I myself in tight budget and pretty shattered with additional cost involved to get a basic house.
