Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jun 25, 2011 9:29 am Hi all, Been following these forums for a while and finally joined up - great source of info with all the sales rubbish and ****** taken out of it Just bought a block on Mt Holden (Brookhaven estate) Sunbury and would like to know if anyone else is building in the new estate? Would love to know what type of house your building and site costs as it seems to vary between 12.5k - 30k. My block is 711m sq. with a fall of 3m. Re: Anyone building at Mt Holden, Sunbury VIC? 2Jul 13, 2011 12:33 am Hi Hampy87 We have also bought a block of land in this estate. The block is 601m sq and our site costs are around $20000. We were hoping to start building in September. But we will be lucky if we start building before Christmas. We are building a double storey home with Simonds. Hope this is of some help to you and would appreciate any information you had on this estate also.
