It has been an overly long process with our DA approval taking a Very long time due to unique circumstances of the block's zoning. We have gone a bit silly with the inclusions but with time at a premium we could not worry too much about fitting more stuff once w moved in after handover. Pretty excited to see it all come together! I have a quick question: We have been given the first payment invoice however I am unsure when the provisional costs for rock excavation are finalized. We have been given a $10,000k allowance for rock excavation as well as $5000 for piering. I realize they have grossly overestimated for two reasons......I didn't want the price to go up if we hit rock so I could work within a budget and also when the house pad was cut I spoke with the Bulldozer driver and he said they didn't hit much at all.
